Our Headline Offer
Free sample. You cover the freight.
We deliver a working custom sample made to your drawing — or from your worn blade. Standard, oversized, extra-thick, solid carbide: no spec is too big, all free to sample. You only pay to ship it.
“If it performs on your machine, our production MOQ is 100 pcs. If it doesn’t, you’ve lost nothing but the shipping.”
How the free sample works
- Send a drawing or a worn blade. PDF/DXF, a sketch, or just the old blade in an envelope.
- We quote in 24 hours. Material, sample lead, and production lead — on paper, not vague.
- Your sample is made and shipped in 7–10 days. A real working blade to your spec.
- You put it on your machine. Prove it before you commit to 100 pcs.
What “free” covers — and what doesn’t
- Included free: the sample blade itself, in any spec we supply — standard, oversized, extra-thick, or solid carbide.
- You cover: international freight (freight collect). This is the only cost.
- No spec limit: we do not cap which blades we will free-sample. Big, thick, or carbide — all included.
Why we offer it
Most Chinese blade makers won’t free-sample a custom part. We do, because a proven blade on your machine beats a gamble on 100. The only filter is freight — you pay to ship the sample, which keeps the program for real buyers.
Frequently asked about samples
Is the sample really free?
Yes. The blade is free; you only cover international freight. No spec is too big.
Can I get a free sample with no drawing?
Yes. Ship the worn or broken blade you’re running. We reverse-engineer it, then send the free sample.
How long until I get the sample?
Sample lead is 7–10 days from drawing approval, then freight. Production is a separate 30-day lead.
What is the production MOQ?
100 pcs. But there’s no reason to commit to 100 before the sample proves out on your machine.
Not sure which part to trial? Send the mask machine blade or the air scissors cutter head you run — either can be the free sample.
