Mask Machine Blades — N95 / KN95 Cutter Blades
Replacement cutter blades, nose-wire cutters and pneumatic air scissors for the mask and nonwoven machines on your floor. Made to drawing — or matched from the worn blade you send us.
Mask machine blades made to your drawing
On an N95 or KN95 mask line, the parts that actually stop production are the small ones: the cutter blades and the pneumatic air scissors. We supply replacements for the mask machines already running on your floor — matched to your drawing, or reverse-engineered from the worn blade you send us. Quote within 24 hours, free sample, 30-day lead counted from drawing approval.

What these blades look like

In use: cutting masks and nonwoven
These stills come from a bench test with the air scissors and blades we supply — cutting through a stack of finished masks and trimming ear-loop material. Not a render, not a stock photo.

Materials and edge treatment
Mask machine blades work against abrasive nonwoven and meltblown material, so the steel grade decides how often you stop to change a blade. We supply the grades that survive that duty:
- Imported SKH-51 high-speed steel — the standard for mask machine scissors and cutters, hardened to HRC 65–68.
- SKH-9 high-speed steel — for blades where you want a tougher, less brittle edge.
- Tungsten carbide — for the most abrasive webs and the longest runs, HRC 62–64.
Tell us your material and machine speed and we will spec the grade — or send the worn blade and we will match the original hardness.
Blades that are worn rather than chipped can often be reground instead of replaced — see our knife regrinding service for what can and cannot be restored.
Pneumatic air scissors for the same machines
Most mask lines also run pneumatic air scissors for ear-loop and edge trimming. We supply the complete air scissors unit and the replacement cutter heads — jaw openings of 40 mm and 56 mm, with head lengths of 90, 112, 114 and 129 mm depending on the model.

Running a diaper, sanitary napkin or other nonwoven line? The same cutting logic applies at higher line speed — see our hygiene machine blades and nonwoven slitting blades.
Dimension drawings
Every part we ship can be reversed into a drawing with full GD&T — so your next re-order is identical, and a worn blade with no paperwork never becomes an emergency again.
