We supply the blade your line is missing
HIBO HARDWARE is a Shenzhen, China supplier of custom industrial cutting blades — built to your drawing, or reverse-engineered from your worn blade. Quote in 24 hours, free sample in 7–10 days.

What we do
We supply custom industrial cutting blades made to drawing — circular slitter blades, shear and guillotine blades, granulator knives, straight knives, and more. If you cut film, foil, paper, rubber, plastic, food, textile, tobacco, wood, leather, or metal, we supply the blade for it. No drawing? Ship us the worn blade and we reverse engineer it.
How we win the first order
- Free sample, no spec limit. Standard, oversized, extra-thick, solid carbide — all free to sample. You only cover freight.
- Fast, on paper and in practice. Quote in 24h, sample in 7–10 days, production in 30 days — vs. the 35–45 days peers quote.
- Reverse-engineering. Worn blade → measured → drawing with GD&T → free sample. Our most-requested service.
How the blades are made
Every blade is produced to your drawing by our Shenzhen production partner — precision grinding, heat treatment, and final inspection against your drawing before it ships. Small enough to free-sample a one-off, capable enough for 100-pc production runs.
Where we ship
Blades ship worldwide from Shenzhen. We work with converters, recyclers, food processors, textile mills, and OEM maintenance teams who need a proven blade without a 40-day wait.
Two pages tell most of the story: the mask machine blade range and the pneumatic air scissors and cutter heads.
What we do not do
Three things, stated plainly, because they come up in almost every first conversation:
- We do not quote a price without a drawing or a sample. A number given over chat for “a blade like this one” is a guess, and it turns into an argument later.
- We do not claim certifications we have not verified. If you need a particular standard or test report, tell us before ordering and we will confirm whether we can meet it.
- We do not promise a service life. How long a blade lasts depends on your material, speed and setup. What we can do is make a sample and let you measure it against what you run now.
How a first conversation usually goes
Most enquiries start with a photo and a question. We ask three things: what the blade cuts, what machine it sits on, and what is going wrong now. From there we either ask for a drawing or a worn sample, or tell you honestly that we are not the right supplier for that part.
Once the drawing is agreed, a sample blade goes out and you run it on your own machine. If it works, production starts from 100 pcs. If it does not, the drawing gets corrected and we try again — the cost of that loop is ours, not yours.
