Wood & panel saw blades built to your spec

Our custom wood and panel saw blades are made to your exact outside diameter, bore, tooth count, and grind. Whether you size MDF, plywood, or solid timber, we match the blade your saw needs — and we can reverse engineer the blade from your worn sample if the drawing is gone.

Materials we cut from

  • D2 / SKD11 — high-wear tool steel for long production runs.
  • HSS — heat-resistant edges for higher surface speeds.
  • Stainless — food- and pharma-grade lines.
  • Solid carbide — maximum edge life on abrasive materials.

Why buyers switch their blades to HIBO

Free sample (you cover freight), a 24-hour quote, and a 30-day production lead — versus the 35–45 days most overseas suppliers quote.

Typical applications

Panel sizing and beam saws, CNC and sliding table saws, solid timber ripping, and laminate and board cutting. If your machine saws wood, we supply the industrial cutting blade for it.

What the geometry has to get right

Saw geometry is a set of trade-offs, not a single specification. Tooth count sets finish against feed rate. Tooth form decides how the edge behaves in solid timber versus laminated board: an alternate bevel top (ATB) tooth shears cleanly in solid wood, while a triple-chip (TCG) form holds up on melamine and laminate where the top face must be cut without chipping.

Kerf, plate thickness and tension decide how the blade behaves at speed. A blade that runs true at low feed can start to wander once it is pushed.

Where a saw blade fails

  • Chipping on the top face of laminate. Tooth form or a dull edge — TCG geometry exists for exactly this.
  • Burn marks along the cut. Feed rate, tooth count, or a dull blade generating heat.
  • Blade wandering in deep cuts. Tension or plate thickness for the depth of cut.
  • Broken teeth. Impact — knots, staples, or a badly set machine.

How we match an existing saw blade

Send the blade or a drawing. We record diameter, bore, plate thickness, kerf, tooth count and tooth form, then ask what you cut — solid, veneered, laminate or composite — because that decides the tooth form more than the machine does.

Saw blade questions

ATB or TCG for my board?

Solid timber generally suits ATB; melamine, laminate and composite faces generally suit TCG. If you cut both on the same machine, tell us which one produces your rejects.

Can you supply a blade for a beam saw?

Yes. Send the existing blade or drawing with the bore and pin-hole pattern.

Need a blade to a drawing?

Send the drawing or the worn blade. Free sample, you cover the freight.
